Aquatic therapy at Rehab for Life is tailored to help you realize your therapy goals. We offer physical or occupational therapy sessions in our state-of-the-art, warm water, specialty pools. Our therapists create a treatment plan centered around your individualized therapy needs following an initial evaluation. Our pool therapy may include:
- Sitting, standing, and walking exercises
- Water yoga
- Ai Chi
- Bad Ragaz (without getting your hair wet, unless you want to swim or swish!)

What to expect on your first visit
Physical therapy does not require a physician’s referral. You can schedule an appointment directly with us. However, all of your evaluative finds and documented progress is sent to your healthcare provider. During your initial evaluation, we will discuss your diagnoses and reasons for seeking therapy. Your therapist will follow up with a thorough examination of your motion, strength, balance, and other special tests to determine the current integrity of your body, muscles, and joints along with establishing the plan of care including treatment plan and your therapy goals.
