Physical Therapy at Rehab For Life

Physical therapy does not require a physician’s referral. You can schedule an appointment directly with us. However, all of your evaluative finds and documented progress are sent to your healthcare provider. During your initial evaluation, we will discuss your diagnosis and reasons for seeking physical therapy. Your therapist will follow up with a thorough examination of your motion, strength, balance, and other special tests to determine the current integrity of your body, muscles, and joints along with establishing the plan of care including the treatment plan and your physical therapy goals.
